Can't "set value" for a column when making button

Hi…

I am creating a button that adds a row and sets values for some columns; many of the set values are the same as the previous row so I use “thisrow.value”.

Here’s my question: Why are some columns not listed in the dropdown on the left for setting values? And is there a workaround?

I tried adding the column and “thisrow.value” in the formula field, but that didn’t seem to work either.

Without a sample doc or at the very least some screenshots, I’m not sure to understand what seems to be the problem here but…

Do you have formulas in the columns not appearing in the dropdown menu, by any chance ? :blush:
