Coda CRM - schedule follow-up with topic

I am currently using Coda as my CRM (customer relationship management) system.

I have the usual fields like name, company, phone, email, url, and a follow-up date. I filter the list by due date so I can see which clients to follow-up with.

Other CRMs I have used would let me schedule something like a Follow-up date/then follow-up topic such as Sept 7, 2023 - Contact about Sept workshop.

How might I set something like this up in Coda?

Would it be as simple as a column for Next Follow-Up Topic? Or are you looking for a way to keep track of past topics you followed up with them about? Or choose from a fixed set up followup topic options?
