Combining multiple tables

Hey,

Just starting out with Coda so apologies if this request is basic, but really struggling to get a handle on the Lookup concept.

I have two tables containing financial information for two separate companies. For each company view I have revenue as columns and financial years as rows. I want to create a consol table where I have the company as a row, financial years as columns, and shows the revenue in this table by customer & year (so I can then chart it).

Any guidance / help as to how to do this would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Dear @Michael_Joyner, welcome to the community :handshake:

To be able to judge your situation:

  1. Are your tables already in Coda or you have them still in Excel?
  2. I am not a big Excel expert, but according my knowledge you should use transpose to make from rows / columns.

Further more one advise, search for posts and Youtube videos of @Al_Chen_Coda , he is doing for sure some magic :large_blue_diamond: :large_orange_diamond:

Hi @Jean_Pierre_Traets,

The tables are all in Coda, so it’s a case of getting the data from those tables into one consolidated table transposing the data at the same time.
