Contact Support and Talk to human don't work

I have some billing issues, and licked these buttons but nothing happened after that

Sorry to hear that, when you left a typed message support will come back to you and by email.
Note the service desk is not 24/7 occupied (yet) and working hours of the SF timezone are followed.

An alternative is to contact support@coda.io
