Hi coda comunity!
Is there any way to drag and drop an Excel file into Coda—or press a button to select a file—and have Coda automatically generate the table, without needing to copy and paste the data manually?

Hi @exeinformatica_microsshop , long time not seen, welcome back!
it is an interesting question and I am sure many would enjoy such a functionality, but so far this not yet possible. You can give your paid AI of choice (I mainly use Gemini Pro), feed the Excel file and ask it to prepare table structure that fits the coda logic (row based instead of column based).
Maybe over time this will become possible with AI inside Coda as well, but for the moment not yet.

I’ve created a pack that allows you to do that.
Not exactly drag-and-drop, but a way to create a map between an Excel file and an existing table.
That way, if you are recurrently importing Excel files with the same structure, you can import it’s content with a click of a button.
