Is it possible, as in Excel, to find and replace values so that, for example, we can change MSD365 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 without manually changing every person’s record?

Here’s a little example to find and replace a string in tables
For text in canvas there’s no straight forward solution. You could copy the text in a text control or in a table and do something similar to what I did before in my example.

We also have RegexReplace which supports capturing groups, letting us back-reference
