The link to edit a form should only be visible in the published form to users who also have access to the source Coda doc that the form comes from.
Do you need users who fill out the form to also have access to the Coda doc? If not, you could check that the doc isn’t shared more widely than you intend.
If you do need users to be able to access the source Coda doc, you could also try Table locking which was just released. If you lock the table the form comes from, users with access to the doc will still see the link to edit the form, but once they click it they shouldn’t be able make most changes to columns – just a few visual and logic settings specific to that form.
