I have created a form that adds a row to the table below. I have multiple forms within the same doc.
Is there a way for all forms to submit to one master table?
You can create multiple forms (that link up to one original table). Just make a new form view
If I add multiple views (forms) to different pages within the doc, is there a way to see which view of the form the submission came from?
No, I don’t think so. However, each view can have different filled out fields
