Format column name in cards

I’m a newbie so I may have not spent enough time searching help …

I noticed that the column names displayed in Cards is converted to all caps. Is there a setting or a formula that would give me control over this as well as font size, bold, etc.?

and ot is MOST ANNOYING INDEED!

it looks like SHOUTING and feels wrong and looks TERRIBLE
