With the (somewhat) new form addition to coda, there is a popup when you sumbit a form:
It would be nice if the popup could have a formla.

That would be a nice touch. In the meantime, as a workaround, you could add a formula column as the last field in your form to display what you would like to display. Of course this message would be seen before the user clicks Submit, which is likely not ideal.
Note also: if the formula references hidden fields, you have to find the “Include hidden columns” setting under privacy settings
