Formulas broken in forms?

I use a formula to display some read-only fields in my Coda forms - this worked until recently but seems to be broken today.

It’s happening to all my forms, but here’s an example: https://coda.io/form/Update-general-product-info_dQwkW20ZrUc?Official%20name=Example%20product&SKU%20Manual=0000000&Description=Example&AKA%20SKU=00000&Barcode%20number=0000000&Minimum%20Age=12&Website%20link=naylorgames.com&Product%20markings=CE&Where%20manufactured=China&SKU%20weight%20in%20g=1250&Manufactured%20cost%20in%20USD=%240.00&Length%20in%20mm=310&Width%20in%20mm=220&Height%20in%20mm=70&Number%20per%20carton=6&Carton%20gross%20weight%20in%20grams=500&Carton%20height%20in%20mm=300&Carton%20length%20in%20mm=550&Carton%20width%20in%20mm=400&Notes=Test%20notes

The SKU field should be auto-populating: it’s passed as “SKU Manual” in the above string and the SKU field is just a read-only version. This prevents people from changing the SKU when they send a new version of the product.

Hidden parameters are enabled to allow the formula to work.

Not sure what’s happening?
