Has anyone had a table disappear with the phrase "Object Not Found!" replacing the missing table

This just happened to me.

I had a plain table.
Below it I did a CSV import.
The CSV import came in fine but then the table above it disappeared stating “Object Not Found!”
I tried CMD+Z multiple times. Would love to know if anyone else has experienced this. Thank you Coda community
