Hi there…I have a requirement for a simple Help Desk Call Logging application, with email notifications and call assignment, progress tracking and status etc. Before I build something from scratch was wondering if there is a template at all?

Have you considered the CRM templates as a foundation for your application?
When you start your project and you find some challenges, just share a dummy doc, with an explanation of your expected outcome. I am sure some of us will be able to give you the right direction.
