Help: Form not working from mobile and Safari

Hi,

I have a public form which is the main and single request form for a client. The form is embedded into the client’s website.
We tested the publicized Coda form and it’s not working from Safari (any device) and mobile (any browser) at all.

The Submit button is greyed out even if all required fields are filled out.
We tested from PC and MAC with all major browser types and the same form works.

How can I contact the Coda support to trouble shoot this live? This would be a very urgent one to solve before the weekend, otherwise my client loses the weekend surge in leads…

Thanks!

I’m wondering about this too. Our web guy says the issue is a default privacy setting in Safari for MacOS. Would love to know if anyone has figured out a way around this.

Did we ever get any updates on this? I am hearing from someone that they are having the same issue.

I didn’t. We ended up using an embedded Google form with zapier.

:person_shrugging:

We ended up abandoning Code forms altogether.
Went with a built-in plug-in by the website designer.
The plug-in published the results into a Google sheet that we hooked up with Coda.
