Those look like some common emojis. You can use emojis in button labels, so I think this is doable already in Coda. Is there a specific feature you want with those emojis?

Additionally, you can render Image()s within buttons, not just emoji.
E.g. it’s very handy to reuse Coda’s section icons:

It’s unfortunate that if you do it outside a table the button can’t be resized
