Identify Editors of Specific sub-pages in a doc

Hi all - I’m using Coda for an undergraduate class I"m running (it’s the whole backbone of the class). On it we have a class generated wiki which is made up of topics from the class that students are developing. Is there a way to see who has written/edited a specific sub-page within a doc? I want to see who the students are that are engaging with the work and who has not yet done it. I know there’s revision history but it doesn’t look like it tells me info based on sub-pages? Am I missing something?

Hello,
It looks like there is a problem in the version history because we can see who made a modification but not where exactly.
Maybe a bug to be reported to the technical service?
