Based on the link, I know it’s possible to pull in custom fields. However, the documentation isn’t too helpful for how to do this. That, or I am severely missing a crucial step.
This might be discouraged to ask but what is the actual formula we should use when adding a custom field from a JIRA issue?
The following does not work:
Issue.custom_field
Issue.ParseJSON("#/custom_field")
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’ve been on this problem for an hour with no luck.
