Trying out the JIRA pack but tons of fields, although visible by name in autocomplete and on the issue itself, do not have values populated. The “status” field in particular is not working which is unfortunate.
Issue on the pack side or something in JIRA perhaps?
Status is working for me. However, due to the list we have in JIRA (4000+ issues), and no filter option, it’s getting lots of timeouts and sync failures
Indeed being able to filter out before querying would be ideal. On the other hand I’m missing the status field whether I’m syncing 100 or 1000 issues. Not sure how I can troubleshoot!
It’s working now! They just added the JQL option!
