The numbers below are calculated from 2 different tables. The question is - how can I create an interactive control within a date range so the numbers were changing accordingly?

It’s tough to say without seeing the setup or the formulas, but you should be able to connect the interactive control to both tables. If you set it up for one, you can check the filter on the other table and create one using an interactive filter and choose the one you set up for the first table.
Does that make sense?
