Is there a way to color columns based on if that column needs manual input?

If I have a bunch of columns, but several columns will either have formulas or automations to add their value, I would like to have those maybe colored light grey or something, so that it is easy to see at a glance, which values need to be manually entered. Is that possible?

This is possible, yes! Use the Conditional Formatting option to colour the column. Here is an example:
