Packs seller accounts now supported in 14 additional countries

While any Coda customer can buy a Pack, in order to get paid as a Pack maker you need to reside in a country that our payments processor supports. Today we’re happy to announce we’ve added 14 additional countries to that list:

  • Belgium :belgium:
  • Czech Republic :czech_republic:
  • Germany :de:
  • Greece :greece:
  • Jordan :jordan:
  • Netherlands :netherlands:
  • Norway :norway:
  • Pakistan :pakistan:
  • Philippines :philippines:
  • Slovakia :slovakia:
  • South Korea :kr:
  • Spain :es:
  • Sri Lanka :sri_lanka:
  • Sweden :sweden:

If you’d like to sell Packs but live in a country we don’t support yet, let us know here so we can track interest and let you know when it’s available.

Where is the full list?

Also, when clicking the “Set up payout account” you can choose a country and proceed. How can I go back and see the country list again?

Unfortunately I think the full list is only available in that dropdown, and you can’t go back and see it again once you’ve setup the account. Here’s what shows in the dropdown today:

  • Argentina
  • Australia
  • Austria
  • Belgium
  • Brunei
  • Canada
  • Czech Republic
  • Estonia
  • France
  • Germany
  • Greece
  • Japan
  • Jordan
  • Mexico
  • Netherlands
  • New Zealand
  • Norway
  • Pakistan
  • Philippines
  • Poland
  • Slovakia
  • South Korea
  • Spain
  • Sri Lanka
  • Sweden
  • Switzerland
  • United Kingdom
  • United States

Thanks for the quick reply!

I didn’t set up the account as I never went ahead more than selecting UK on the list. Now, when I click the button, it takes me directly to an Stripe integration page.

There should be a way of changing the country, right?

Unfortunately we don’t provide a self-serve way to change your country, but if you open a ticket with Coda support they should be able to change it for you.

Nothing happens when clicking “Contact Support”… Not sure if it is because of I am out of the support times or any other error, but whatever the error is, it should happens something  a warning or error message at least. Also, this issue is something that can be solve by email, not really need a chat.

When I click in the question mark, I see:

When clicking on contact support, I get a chat window like this:

In my experience, this is the quickest way to resolve issues.
