Please finally fix the column name bug with Forms

The pre-filled forms have been unusable for two months. The column names completely arbitrarily take over the form headings. It’s terrible. So much time of us is wasted! Something doesn’t work, you try to find out what it is, and again and again it’s this bug. The column suddenly has the same name as the heading in some form. Please fix it! It’s for months!

It’s killing me softly! The problem is, that this leads to deleted references outside the forms. So it doesn’t only concern the prefill-Function but the entire doc - as every reference break.
