Published Docs: 'See this' in hidden table and 'Delete row everywhere'

I love published docs because it is a less confusing and more secure way to share docs with people. However, when clicking into the details for row, there is a context menu / three dots in top right:

When opening it up it gives the user a few options I think should be limited - the ability to option for the user to see the main table and delete the row:

Anyway to disable / permission this?

Nice catch.

Would love to be able to turn this off in Locking permissions as well.

We’ve had editors delete whole rows on accident before, even when most of the sections/tables are locked down in Locking permissions.
