Published form not showing all options

I’m using select list and I got the options from another table. When I try the form in coda page it shows all value, but when it published it only shows some value. Anyone know how to solve this?

I know the problem in another variant: images in canvas columns are shown in an in-page form, but as soon as you use the public link the images do not appear. All options are set correctly (inluce tables ect)
