Replace CSV table while retaining View of... tables

I have a budget report in CSV format that easily imports into Coda, titled in Coda “Raw Data”. I have designed other pages that are customized views of Raw Data, including filters. Next month, I would like to replace Raw Data with the latest CSV report, and retain the customization of the “View of Raw Data” tables that I have set up.

If I delete Raw Data to import a new CSV file, I lose my View of… tables that are customized. How can I retain the infrastructure but utilize the simple import CSV function? Is there a way to “replace” Raw Data with a new CSV file, while preserving the View of… tables?

Delete the contents of raw, and leave the table intact.

To further add, you can make a button that will quickly delete all the rows in a certain table
