Reusable components

Is it possible to create reusable components?

For example I have a table that I want to copy and add to the same doc however I dont want it to be a view of the source table, I want it to be independent and want a fast way to add the same table structure to a doc.

Unfortunately not yet, but you could create a doc with content of your interest to use as a foundation for your convenience.
