With the new iOS 15, Safari extensions will be universal across all Apple devices, which means it is a good time to think about creating an extension for Safari, which will offer even more power to mobile with less effort. Looks like web clipping could be possible on mobile without the need to do any code on the app itself.
I completely agree :). Many Mac users are diehard Safari users, and I’m one of them, though I gear toward the agnostic side of things.
A more powerful iOS app, full capabilities on iPad, and an overall nativeness or independence per platform would achieve great things.
Also, I’d love to get on the product design and marketing team. That’d be one hell of a ride.
Would someone in the @Coda_Admin2 world offer an explanation for why there still isn’t a Safari extension? There are are so many of us that don’t want to continue to use Google, yet it seems that developers worldwide aren’t listening. Cheers and Happy New Year!
Is this something that’s not event being kicked around? After seeing some of the many extensions created by devs for Safari, I feel like may there might be someone Coda that might tackle this?
