I recently built a document for a priest to organise his wedding and baptism meetings with the couples involved. The framework allows for the tasks for each event (e.g. Baptism to be amended if needed). It also allows for new event types (e.g. funerals) to be added. Or if you plan say birthday parties, where you need to do the same task every party. e.g. set up a meeting to discuss details, send an email to arrange/confirm a venue.
