Sending location data to Google My Maps for custom map creation/update

I recently managed to create a manual workflow which takes multiple locations and then generates an KML file. Then import it into Google My Maps. This creates a map with custom tag visualization which I use to then build manually directions and routes like the one below:

As far as I read Google My Maps has no public API. Google Maps API is used by many packs and I tested them all but none of them achieves even anything close to routing or multiple colored pin locations.

I am not a developer and far from being experienced with Coda Packs. So, I call for help from the more experienced users to help me answer: Is there a way to achieve the same result but without manual KML creation and import?

Massive thanks in advance

Are you wed to Google Maps for this project?

Hi Bill, Not really. Google maps is just the thing that most people on-field already have in their pockets but… I can explore other options too.

I would use MapBox because it has no restrictions or engineering ceilings.

Yes. Example…

Hi Bill,
I’ve seen your case several times before and explored the option of using Mapbox. The limitation is with the user usage of Mapbox. Thanks for the suggestion.
