Slider and Progress bar enhancement

Hi, I’d like to suggest for the Slider and Progress data type to be improved by:

  1. Allowing negative increment, so that they can be used in diminishing manner, such as quota based use cases.
  2. Changing the label ‘Minimum’ into ‘Start’ and ‘Maximum’ into ‘End’.

This will allow these data types to be used in wider use cases.

Additional suggestion (has been requested before):
While at it, please add an option to add/remove strikethrough on checkboxed text.
