I’ve been testing the new page embedding feature. I realized that you can only direct edit an embedded table. You can change values and create new rows but you just can’t access it using coda formulas
Is that how it supposed to work? Am I doing something wrong?
alas, no.
the full page embed fearure only allows the url to be input by the user, and not generated by a formula.
i do not know why. it seriously constrains its usefulness.
there may be some underlying security concern?
perhaps they fear that users may be tricked into thinking they are interacting with application X when, in fact, they have been unknowingly diverted to fake-X.com ?
you cannot return a full-page-embed from a pack either, alas
