Using cross doc can I create a summary of tasks

Hi there, I have my tasks in card view, I’m the chairperson of a new residential apartment building and there’s matters we need to constantly attend to. I need to be able to create a summary of these matters so as to include in the minutes circulated to all residents. How do I do that please as I’m very new to Coda. thanks
