What's the best way to create a rating system?

Hello Friends,

I have a table with candidates for a program, which need to be rated by 3 people.
I rather they not see each others ratings.
Whats the best way to do this? Cross tables? or something else?

Hi Tomer,

you could create a “Ratings” Table with a custom form. You can then send the form link to the judges.

Something like this:

Thanks! could you explain step by step how this is done? ( i’m still new at Coda)

I have a table with info on all candidates and I need the judges to see that info.
and then I need to see the scores each judge gave each candidate in each critiria ( there are 4 criteria which have different wight)
