I am trying to create a Zapier integration which uploads files to Coda.
The filename appears in Coda but no file is attached in the corresponding file column.
Are there any known issues in this regard?

I am afraid you only can upload a file URL. Once you have this, it will go without any problem.
you can even use a webhook.
