I think this is a bug. I had it happening in my docs yesterday too. I Can confirm!

Bump. This is still happening !
I am seeing this too; all my tables using the Card view are broken. I created a new sample table grouped by a simple Select List Column, and dragging updates the value in the table, but the UI does not update to reflect this until the page gets refreshed.
