Interactive controls for column visibility

I love the feature to filter table views from an interactive control. I would love to be able to control column visibility in a table based on a control as well. We’re a marketing agency and we use Coda for our production calendar. We use the interactive controls to filter our table for the different types of content that we’re producing. It would be super-useful to us if each content type could have its own specific set of columns displayed as we switch between them in the table.

Set visible columns for table and cards when opened for a table

Today you can set which columns that should be visible for a view, and if you opens a row from that view you can choose to only show visible columns. I think that idea is really great but I would like to see it customizable one more level, that is, you can specify what fields should be visible when you open the row. Motivation: Usually in a table or card view you only show the most important fields and with you open the row or card you want to show more details, but that doesn’t mean you want …

Dynamically Show/Hide Column

Does anyone know if it’s possible to hide or show a column “automagically”? I’m using a Layout as a social media post editor, but would like team members to be able to either customise a message for each channel or just input one message for all channels. I’ve arranged the table so that it has four columns: Generic Text, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn. A fifth column contains a button that copies the next from Generic Text to each of the other three. Dynamically show and hide columns

Trying to have groups of executives “rank” projects, and they aren’t going to be willing to use buttons/etc, they prefer the Google Sheets way. So I was hoping to show their ranking column only to each one, but haven’t found a way to do that. Would also be useful to do a deep dive on sorting of columns based on user, as well

Hide any empty columns

Hi, is there any way to hide any empty columns in a layout, I have a quite long form response, just because there are many options so there’s like 230 fields, but most of the time they aren’t being filled in, so is there a way to hide them if they are blank/empty [Screenshot 2023-12-04 121718]

Button Formula to hide a column

I’d like to push a button and have a column’s info disappear from view AND click it again to bring the info back. Any ideas on the best way to do this?

Hide/show column based on criteria

I have created a doc that would definitely makes more sense if I only showed some columns for a set of users and not all users. For example, buttons that should only be available for an admin user. I can disable the buttons based on some values, but ideally I would like to hide the columns that has the buttons.
