How can I publish a Coda template to the Coda Template Gallery for public use?

I made a template on Coda for a book tracker. Online, it says I should find a Submit a Template button somewhere on the Coda gallery, but I am not able to. Would appreciate some help here.

Publish your docs to the world | Coda Help Center

Set “Discoverable by anyone” on and add a category. After publishing the doc is visible on your maker profile and in the gallery.
