How can this automation be done?

When I select tasks, then in the second table for the relevant tasks are automatically checked. I did this through automation:

How do I do the reverse process?

For example, if I delete (unselect) “Task3” in the first table, so that the check mark is automatically removed.

The problem is that from “thisRow.[Step 1 Result]” I cannot get the name of deleted (unselected) task.
