Hello, I have a notification sent to the maintenance team letting them know they have a PM due. I want to add to the notification the actual PM tasks due (listed in the table), but I cannot seem to get it to work. Any Thoughts?
Also is it possible to make buttons accessible to others and not just me?

Any idea on making buttons accessible to all users, do users need to be able to edit to be able to hit the button and not just the can comment? i dont want people to accidentally change settings.
