Hello, I have a notification sent to the maintenance team letting them know they have a PM due. I want to add to the notification the actual PM tasks due (listed in the table), but I cannot seem to get it to work. Any Thoughts?
Also is it possible to make buttons accessible to others and not just me?
While not exactly the same I posted an answer to a similar question just yesterday and touched on pulling information from tables to customize notification messages.
Take a look! If it doesn’t help, respond back with some more context so I can give more specific help
Glad to help out!

Great! I made a column labeled notification and now have it notifying CurrentValue.Notification and is working just as I want it!
Any idea on making buttons accessible to all users, do users need to be able to edit to be able to hit the button and not just the can comment? i dont want people to accidentally change settings.
