Streamlined Solution for Sharing Lesson Views in Coda

I’m reaching out in search of an efficient and precise way to manage and share my lessons with learners within Coda. My aim is to create a central table containing all lesson materials, and then provide individual classes access to their specific views and materials without exposing my entire content.

I’ve explored using Cross-Doc as an option, but it seems to require recreating views, sharing all data simultaneously and hiding pages, which is not ideal for my use case. I’m looking for a more elegant solution to achieve this selective sharing in a time-effective manner.

If anyone has encountered a similar challenge and found an effective workaround, I would greatly appreciate your insights and recommendations. Thank you in advance!

Hi @Huber_Stefan_Werner ,

You may consider reading this blog and follow the instructions.
Cross Docs have the advantages (ease of use) but they come with some down sides as you describe.

The pack you need is for free, so no worries here.

Enjoy, Christiaan
