  1. The ability to add columns to the left of the timeline. Things like assignees to tasks and a completed button would make a world of difference.

  2. Click on the day of the week to add a new row and that rows start date is automatically set to the day you clicked on.

  3. Blackout dates like the weekend so that tasks don’t count days people are off. It would also be nice to link to a table to reference so that it can dynamically blackout dates based on your schedule or data.

  4. Ability to drag dependency lines with anchor points on the front and back of tasks.

There are a lot of really expensive software out there that can be completely replaced with these Gantt chart features.
