I haven’t been able to get a response from anyone on the support team in days, despite being told they would follow up with me. Every time I message them, it’s crickets. Has anyone else had this issue?
Nope sorry, hasn’t been my experience at all. They’ve been quite helpful.
That’s what concerns me. In the past, I’ve always had a great experience. The last week has been a total change. Not sure why.
